Why a vegan research panel?
The panel existed to allow us to find out what modern vegans think and
want. Using an online panel allowed us to reach a large number of
vegans and to monitor changes over time.
What did you do with the results?
The results were published online for panel members to view, and to generate
interest in the needs and wants of vegans generally. The data we collected
was not sold for profit, but was used to promote awareness of veganism.
Who are Imaner?
Imaner Consultants is a vegan-run
website design company. We were established in 1997 and also run the
Vegan Village.
We have a business and marketing background and follow the Market Research
Society/ESOMAR guidelines for internet research. For more about us see

How were the panel members recruited?
Panel members were recruited at random several times a year from visitors
to www.veganvillage.co.uk.
What does veg*an mean?
Veg*an means vegetarian or vegan.
Will there be any further surveys?
There are no plans for further surveys
at present. However, we do keep this site up-to-date with the latest vegan
statistics as and when they come available. |
