Plamil is one of our oldest customers, we have worked with them from their very first web page back in 1998. The integrated shopping system on their website had given good service for five years, but it was time for an upgrade to provide full customer account facilities and modern marketing features, using a database driven system.

A seamless integration

The upgrade was planned to be as seamless as possible, without disturbing the already successful website. Behind the scenes the system changed completely, but to the customers there were only a few small differences in the look and feel. This organic approach to website development led to a smooth changeover to the new system, with minumum disruption for the customers and an immediate increase in sales.
