For medium and large sites we recommend a hybrid approach with areas of the website which you can easily update (such as a news section) and other areas which we manage for you (such as the more complex pages which we can design and layout whilst optimising for the search engines).

No, as independent consultants we do not host websites but instead advise you on the best space for your requirements and budget. For example we have recently placed several client websites on Bluehost and can also arrange for environmentally-friendly hosting. We manage the whole process on your behalf, including domain name registration and email forwarding.

Yes, we submit your website to the major search engines including Google. We use proven Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) techniques to improve your rankings on the search engines, and also advise you on other ways to get traffic to your website.

As independent consultants, we are not tied to any one system but instead select the best system for your requirements. We can take over the maintenance and development of existing shops, including Zen Cart, DotNetNuke and Miva, if required.

No. Most contact is by phone and email, but we do like to meet up with clients at least once a year. Where face-to-face meetings are required we will travel to your premises.
